American Simplicity was inspired by the kind of childhood we never wanted to see disappear. Growing up as one of five girls, some of my best childhood memories weren't made with screens, schedules, or elaborate plans — they were made outside, surrounded by family and friends, getting dirty, staying out until the sun went down, and simply being kids.
My parents always made it a priority to instill the value of family and enjoying the simple things in life. Today, my parents are blessed to have 15 grandchildren, and we're passionate about giving them that same kind of childhood: one filled with scraped knees, grass stains, bike rides, backyard games, sports, beach days, adventures, laughter, and the freedom to explore without a worry in the world.
American Simplicity was born from the belief that childhood doesn't need to be complicated to be unforgettable. It's about holding onto the simple things, creating memories together, and giving kids the chance to experience childhood the way we remember it — and the way we believe it should be.
